
Reticket approached us with a strong vision: they didn’t want to be perceived as just another resell community. The ticket resell market is crowded and often repetitive, and their goal was to position themselves as something different – a platform that would feel professional, trustworthy, and innovative. They wanted a digital identity that would immediately set them apart and a website that could support a growing community while delivering a seamless user experience.
We started with in-depth research to better understand both their business and the needs of their audience. From there, we created a bold brand identity centered around a distinctive logo and a unique 3D mascot that became the face of the brand. To make each offering stand out, we designed custom 3D gems that visually distinguished every package and gave the platform a consistent yet memorable style. The brand was designed not just to look attractive, but to create a sense of belonging and recognition within the community.
On the development side, we built a fully custom WordPress website that combined simplicity with power. The site included its own registration and user management system, designed to be intuitive for new users while giving administrators complete control. The interface was kept clean and straightforward, so that visitors could quickly find what they were looking for without unnecessary distractions. Every design and UX decision was made with clarity, ease of use, and conversion in mind.
